SSG Derrick L. Lewis MBA, C-HRM - I know every generation thinks they had it harder than the new guys coming in but... dang. I've been retired for almost eight years and recently had a chance to visit a training facility. The things I saw nearly gave me a massive stroke on the spot. I know I was Air Force but even WE were not that brave or lax when I was a young troop just starting out.
