For me, this is any easy fix. Don't go to his gym. Also, as I peer into the globe of Negrodamus, I have a sneaking suspicion that this guy will need the police LONG before the police need him.

Oh, wait, how can he discriminate? A baker can't discriminate against a gay couple. I hope some military and law enforcement sue his ass off.

Sexual preference is legally protected in many states.

Choice of profession isn't.

Discrimination is thoroughly legal as long as it isn't based on race, color, sex, or ethnic origin. We discriminate all the time in Recruiting.
