Find the guy and throw him in jail. There is no excuse for going through a crowd at 40mph. The driver intended to hurt or kill people.

Nobody is asking questions why the local government set aside SATURDAY to remove the statue knowing full well Racist and Anarchists would show up to protest. Was that a responsible move or would it have been better to remove the Statue on Thursday or Wednesday?. So yeah the Left is not blameless in this episode. On the other hand the infiltration of the KKK into these Southern Heritage groups started under President Clinton and accelerated under President Bush and Obama. None of them used the Justice Department to stop it and now Trump is left to deal with the mess.

Probably because the city didn't schedule a removal. Matter of fact, the city can't consider moving the statue until November 2017 due to a temporary injunction issued back in May.

dude realy that is your thought process and then to blame "the left" ? lol you do realize that this is not a recent thing but an enduring one? as an fyi the trump admin diverted funding to counter these groups as one of the first acts of the admin .... oh yeah and this little tidbit which since the campaign Trump and his allies have not denounced directly as seen by his statements for sure yesterday

SGT (Join to see) - Actually your also misdirected. This has little to do with Trump and more to do with Sons Of Confederate Veterans using Civil Rights Memorials as weapons of racism (Google the issue and read up). Sons of Confederate Veterans is a front group for the KKK and they want this whole argument framed as political vs race so they can expand more and seek more sympathizers look at their "Heritage not Hate" slogan and then google the KKK website and see it there as well. Duke brought Trump into the conversation for a reason and it was to mainstream the KKK group which the Left is helping them out with quite nicely. As for the whole protest, complete stupidity by the City they should have seen most of this comming, they botched it. Did they botch it on purpose or were they actually this incompetent? I guess each person has to make that judgement. Sons of Confederate Veterans have staged these confrontations elsewhere in the country with Civil Rights Statues (make of which were erected by KKK affilated groups under the political leaders of the time). This was and is a CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUE it is not a political argument.
