Although I am not a Navy man I am hope they find all the missing. I just wonder how this keeps going on. after all it is a big damn ocean!!

Whats amazing is the amount of damage that the gee-whiz-holy-smokes ships are getting, quite cheaply at the hands of cargo ships. Perhaps this is someone's idea of paring down the US Navy into a fightable chunk?

Oh those ships are not small by any means this was big ship it's an oil ship it's a credit to ships design that the damage was not worse.

My emphasis was on the fact that two of our major surface combatants are "mission kills" - as in, out of commission, unable to fight. Also that they were not damaged by high tech missiles, mines or torpedo's but simple Roman-era ramming.
