Career gone over booze and the little patch of hair. What a complete total abject dumbass. There's no other reason for that type of behavior.

Some will consider the punishment "light" as he was only kicked out.
Cut consider that he is being fined at least $4500 a month for LIFE and loses medical care.

He knew better. Looks like in the end the judge got it right. I hate that his family has to suffer now though without retirement benefits. I knew someone who was in the same situation and did 30 days confinement and then was allowed to retire. I guess each judge has their personal beliefs on all of these.

LTC (Join to see) - I don't know, sir. I don't feel any sympathy for him but I feel do for his family. I guess thems the breaks. Stupid people make stupid decisions all the time and they don't realize their impact on those around them.

I was reading about a 15 yr old kid in Michigan that got tasered by the police because he wouldn't stop. People are saying it's all the cops fault but I didn't see it that way. There were too many unknowns. If the parents are wealthy enough to buy him an ATV then they should have purchased safety gear as well. They should have also taught him to respect authority. Now the parents are suing the officer for $50 million because their son disobeyed the cop. Perhaps the cop could have done things a little different. Could have got the address from the license and showed up at the kid's house and got him there but the article didn't say anything about if the license was obfuscated or not. Instead the kid it is dead and the officer has a death that will haunt him for the rest of his life.

LTC (Join to see) - This is a clear cut case to me. The one I knew should have had the same outcome but he didn't. As you stated he obviously wasn't concerned with his families welfare. Now he has to pick up the pieces and provide for his family.

CW3 (Join to see) - Were the commanders of these units having sex with junior enlisted members of the unit?

LTC (Join to see) - The one I knew of was in a training unit and was having relations with a junior officer trainee. He was past his retirement eligibility time so as soon as his punishment was up he retired with prejudice on his DD 214.
