Some college degrees are worth it. Some are NOT. Underwater basket weaving with a minor in left handed puppetry= not worth it.

We have quite a few people with BAs workig hourly jobs in my plant. I have an inspectors that works for me that has a MA in sociology from a good state school. He still makes more working as an horly ndt inspector.

There is a massive swelling of emphasis on VoAg, VoTech, and Trade schools. And I think it is absolutely great. Where does Wall Street think we'll get our farmers, and diesel mechanics, and butchers in five, ten, or twenty years? from Harvard???
