Protesting is a right, destruction of property is not, they should arrest anyone destroying property or inciting violence.

Well for one, do what they did at U.C. Berkly and ban masks, second start arresting people the moment it starts. Anyone not affiliated with those destroying property and inciting violence will usually distance themselves quickly.

3rd night in a row with violence, property destruction, and intimidation? The phrase for this is local government incompetence. After one night of such behavior there needs to be a strict dusk to dawn curfew until these actions stop. The people causing the trouble will move away to easier pickings.
