again... nobody asks how the US citizen is supposed to pay their taxes, yet you get your panties in a twist over "paying" for a tax-cut. how about reduced spending? how about zero-based budgeting the way normal folks do it.

Why, increase the limit on the credit card of course, just like the $20T already there. The kids and grandkids won't mind. At least until they discover who is paying the interest on the card in the future.
