An interesting possible alternate approach to law, esp if one adds a paralegal as well as the USPTO exam I'd just also sent in just now...

Basically you could call the person an L A, lawyers assistant, like a P A.

I understand why you might think that however, that wasn't my point. Doing reading law can actually let one become an attorney, I'd !merely suggested a paralegal, which is differemtz as I've understood, from a legal assistant, and the USPTO Edam, as means to eat and work while reading law to sot for a bar exam, that was actually what I'd intended to suggest, glad was of interest, many thanks.
