I think it was warranted considering the charge and Sheriff Arpaio’s many years of public service. If Obama can commute and pardon hardened criminals, then this is absolutely just.

Pure fuckery. No federal judge can overrule a presidential pardon, so far as I know.

He was only pardoned because he was convicted of a crime!!
All that is still public knowledge and so is the fact he was not reelected because the people of Maicopa County got sick of paying his legal fees!
