If there is documented evidence does it matter? We should be able to research this claim by other means.

Plenty of them commit other crimes on a daily basis. Their own actions costs them their status and ability to remain here.

I find it interesting that to travel outside the US, that most if not all DACA recipients would have to have a passport from their native country. How then could they be 'undocumented?' Next, do not DACA recipients have to have advance parole by DHS/INS to travel outside the boundaries of the US? Were these individuals (if the story is true) so bold as to actually smuggle others into the US and place their status in jeopardy? Or (if the story is partially true) why would they risk their status by internal smuggling? Doesn't make sense.

They think they are smarter than the system or law enforcement. Plenty of legal immigrants, non-immigrants, refugees, asylees, and illegals with some sort of deferred status jeopardize their status by committing all kinds of crimes. It happens every day. US citizens jeopardize their own freedom by smuggling aliens. If there is a dollar to made, someone will be trying to make it.
