I'm not sure who's the blame , I live in Flint twp. and get my water from Detroit . GM was stating that there was too much chloride in the water and their parts were too sensitive to Flint water then a nurse at Hurley Hospital a number of children were having similar symptoms all having elevated blood levels of lead so I think that's how it got out to the media....

SPC Andrew Griffin - Yes, I should restate that. Lead in the water was a BIG screwup. Covering it up was a criminal act.
