I 100% agree, when I took my current position the CEO had the final interview with me and he told me that my skills and experience are important but that is not why I would be interested in bringing you on. I am looking for two things... When you are tasked whether you can complete them in a timely manner or you know what your doing you need to have the backbone to come to me and tell me. secondly you are going to need to be able to take criticism, the only way you can get better is to know where you can improve. If you can do those two things I will be bale to make you a very successful person. In my experience these are not easy things to do. The hardest thing I have had to do in my life is take criticism as a positive thing rather than a beat down.

Glad you connect with the article! I had to learn (and still am) that feedback is not criticism...sometimes it is but it can and should include what is working so you keep on doing those things! Thanks for commenting!
