3 Wasteful Military Programs Congress Should Cut For Upgrades

According to former-Army Captain and veteran of the Afghanistan War, now law student and sophomore at the University of Virginia James Hasson, the Obama Administration's green-military programs—The ‘Green Base’ Mandate, The Net Zero Waste Program and others—should be scrapped, and resulting savings redirected to DoD readiness.
