The Judge said "Among those flaws, he wrote, was that the ban “plainly discriminates based on nationality” in a way that undercut “the founding principles of this Nation,” and that the government had not shown that the United States’ national interests would be harmed by admitting travelers from the affected countries."
Not to discriminate based on "nationality"??? So, in WWII we could not discriminate against Nazi's?? We can not discriminate against enemy combatants? This seems stupid to me.
As a professor, I discriminate while grading. We give the best work the highest grade. We discriminate against the work product. Discrimination against race is wrong and we know that. The use of the word discrimination by this judge is strange. Competitions discriminate. Car races discriminate against slow drivers. For a nation, to not discriminate to the benefit of their own members seems strange to me. Trust me, other nations discriminate in business for the betterment of their country.

I would just send all the immigrants to Hawaii to be processed and housed a few miles from his home or where his kids go to school. Nothing like living and feeling the consequences of you decisions.

Strange. A Judge and a Mosque have the power to shut down POTUS. I bet, not for long. But, long enough to get more upstanding Marxists into the country.

This judge is a political hack, nothing more. The only real way you can limit immigration is by nationality since immigration documents (Passports/Visa's etc) are managed by nation/states. How else are you supposed to curb, limit, reduce or stop immigration? What other mechanism is there? The president is well within his authority and everyone knows it. This is just a delay tactic. When the left loses at the ballot box they try to get their way through the courts.
