Wow, I guess we need more training for these officers. Seems their morals are a little out of wack. Or is this the standard of conduct he observes around him?

When I was at CENTCOM, they warned us when in processing about the traps and dangers in the area. Some people don't get it.

Nothing new but the senior people need to be held up as examples of "what not to do".
Had a CO disappear in a port and the Exec told us at quarters that if we didn't find him he was going to be reported as AWOL. So we all went out and found him, a girl on each arm. Drunk. No punishment was given because nobody reported him. Only consequence was he had a hard time handing out NJP for crew members who did the same type of thing.

I am with you, all wear the same uniform, all should be held to the same standard.

No surprise. Seems more senior officers are getting busted for this crap like they should have been all these years.
This stuff has been going on forever. The more they can catch the better.
