Wasn't implying she is currently a FISA judge, although I can understand why you thought that was my intention. However, she is the presiding judge for ACLU v. Trump, Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity (PEIC or PACEI), also called the Voter Fraud Commission. That is interesting as well. Apparently, she doesn't like Trump.

Slowed... not necessarily stopped. It wouldn't be difficult to draft executive orders that would be almost as bad, and which would stand up to legal scrutiny if he was more interested in seeing his agenda move forward than firing up his base.
