It's not surprising since Trump wants to end just about all the specialized immigration programs but on the flip side I do think we need to recognize we are at war and until this jihadist crap disappears from the face of the Earth.......we do need to be more careful.

I am not a 100% Trump fan but some things he's got right. Closing the chokehold on immigration is one of them. He has said from the beginning that this is one of our biggest vulnerabilities and he was right. He's the one that speaks from the hip and on this subject he hit bulls eye. I am not against immigration and people coming to America to better their life. That is what we were founded on. I am against it illegally and people using loopholes through Special programs to get in.

You are 100% right on the money. I think closing Immigration into the USA and using extreme vetting of all individuals fitting a certain profile from Islamic countries will bode well for the USA. YES, I said PROFILE! We need to grow thicker skin and check everyone out. These Middle Eastern Men and Women have been taught to resent being targeted and checked out and they have liberal citizen sympathizers in this country that believe in their own little utopian world that everyone is good simply because they haven't been affected by a terrorist act.

I'm American and I get more scrutiny at airports than others I've observed.
During one flight, armed security demanded I kneel on the floor and unpack my camera bag. I had to unzip the lens cases and show that they were actually lenses.
Meanwhile... nearby a guy carrying what looked like a rifle or shotgun case and who could've passed for crazy Charles Manson set off the metal detectors repeatedly. I watched as the lazy personnel shrugged and just let him board.
Glad I wasn't on that flight. This was in the Athens GR airport BTW.
