They will follow the UCMJ and precedent as their duty and honor require, whom it pleases or displeases is irrelevant. I would expect that the prosecutor will gets his wishes or close to it though.

I expect that whatever the sentence is, it will be appealed on the grounds that public comments made by Trump may have unfairly influenced the case.

A dishonorable discharge in guaranteed here, but not nearly enough. 14 years is not enough. Life at USDB nothing less is acceptable.
