Terrorists create fear to achieve a goal, but folks like the guy inb Ve rgas seem just to want to hurt people as a goal

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - yes, a nutcase with no message and just circumstantial evidence like him trying to estimate the range of hitting those fuel tanks at the nearby Las Vegas Airport. He also had made reservations at other concert locations. It is strange that his Filipino wife was paid the fly to see her parents in the Philippines. She was clueless to what was going to happen. This will probably always remain in unsolved mystery.

A civil Affairs lieutenant colonel who was once my company commander in another unit told me that this police officer killed in Las Vegas was one he trained 10 years ago while he was a training officer for Las Vegas PD. He still works for Las Vegas PD. I asked him just out of chance in case he knew and it really hit me hard when he said he was his training officer at one time. Just FYI.
