Someone posted a reason on the Army WTF Facebook page. I won't re-post it but you can look it up yourself. It may just be rumor.

Probably something stupid. I am just guessing, but something along the lines of sexual harassment or fraternization is my guess. It seems to be violation of choice for senior Army officers lately.
