They will get the bugs worked out, but it is funny that after all the hoopla of the launch it only lasted 2 hours before crashing...

It says the driver of the other vehicle was at fault. You can't program a computer to fix stupid people.

Perhaps not, but unless you can figure out a way to prevent stupid people from gaining access to cars and roads, it's an obstacle computers are going to have to deal with. Or not.
