Texas church shooting not the first time a good guy with gun takes down mass shooter

Nor will it be the last

In my career as a federal cop, every weapon every bullet every weapon part that I either took off of the criminal or seized was obtained illegally. Not one weapon that I came across used by a criminal was lawfully purchased by that criminal. It is a most rare occasion that a weapon will be retrieved from a criminal where it is lawfully obtained. Meaning? The lawful citizen has justification to lawfully defend themselves and others with their lawfully obtained weapon. It is a falsehood that crime is committed with weapons that are store bought.

Because crimes against churches are on the increase many churches are taking precautions by allowing their parishioners to carry weapons into the church. They are also taking precautions by utilizing them and training them to handle any shooter situation so that they don't shoot each other. Knowing your loose cannons and teaching them will allow less carnage to occur.
