Reasonable argument as to whether or not to VOTE for him. BUT not either legal or political justification to stop him from runnng. The VOTERS of Alabama are THE deciding factor over whether or not Moore assumes a Senatorial seat in our government. He has not been adjudicated guilty of any crime. He hasn't even been charged. Let Lady Just stick do her thing in HER time. THAT is the American way.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - you may want to sit down with your local State's Attorney and talk about corroborating witnesses. You appear to confuse corroboration with hearsay. They are not the same thing.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - if you are not confusing the two, then you don't understand the difference between hearsay and corroborating evidence, because your example of corroboration involved hearsay instead. You did not describe anything close to corroborating evidence.

Bahahahaha..This debate is funny. I guess what it all boils down to is that without a photo of getting caught in the act, and as long as you stick to your guns and deny everything, you are golden. Hell, even Trump was caught on tape bragging about sexual assault and STILL got elected. Allegations only matter if it applies to the opposing political party or ideology. Democracy in action? More like hypocrisy in action. Alabama will still elect that fool because, well, its Alabama. ROLL TIDE
