In one of my former civilian jobs, about 50% of my employees were female (55). That was during the time when this type thing was spreading like the flu in January. My policy was my door was open, unless HR or another female was present. A mere accusation resulted in losing your position or being shelved. Today, you are risking everything.

This is why we need term limits, this stuff will never get cleaned up as long as we allow politicians to make careers from being a senator or congressman/woman and set their own rules and regulations, heck they can even give themselves raises and perks.
