PO1 Tony Holland I had to cringe when I read that fragging was forgotten. Only the ignorant seem to be ignorant about fragging which occurred during the Vietnam War and most likely has been updated since.

Knew a W3 construction warrant officer who survived a fragging as a SSG in Vietnam, he was not the target but an incidental victim. We became aware of his history as the result of a poorly thought out practical joke and the monumental ass reaming our section received. Not forgotten.
I also remember having to turn in our grenades in '03 after the dipshit in the 101st fragged his buddies. I don't know if it's a matter of being forgotten or the rarity of this happening nowadays as I don't believe there are any or many Vietnam Vets left in the force to share their experiences and the 101st incident is the only one I can recall as being close to recent.
