If only polls actually created (or even reflected) reality, then they might be worth paying attention to. Unfortunately, they only reflect people's feelings at any given moment, and pollsters have been proven to be able to manipulate questions in order to force a predetermined result. But if this one makes you fell better, then have at it.

If you count the Justice Department and the State Department as part of the Trump administration, then I wouldn't argue against the Trump administration being among the most corrupt institutions in government. But the thing that makes them corrupt is the number of Obama holdovers. Get rid of them, and perhaps other career bureaucrats, and we'll see an administration that is more transparent and responsive than anything we've seen in years or even decades.
