Good morning Rally Point,
It appears that my generator is a success and it also appears that my first customer is the government definition of Puerto Rico to replace the pwer grid that was absolutely destroyed in these most recent round of storms. I am now seeking two individuals that know their way around electricity to accompany me to court Puerto Rico to handle the tie in from the generation system into the delivery lines. First trip will be 7 to 10 days all travel expenses paid and $1,000 a day. First order is for two systems, with two more to follow shortly after that and it sounds like overall there is going to be at least a couple of dozen systems going in over there. In terms of the actual amount of work man hours that these two will need to accomplish all total and hand is still only the equivalent of a couple of hours work. However this also fills the role of quote-unquote security as it were so that I am not doing this alone. Nothing can be said to be finalized of course until the contract is in my hand and I'll deposit Spade however that is supposed to occur sometime between Friday and early next week with a rush to get the assembly complete delivered and installed because of this I would like to try to have as much in hand as possible prior to that point. Congratulations!
One suggestion I have is that you find an experienced project manager to help identify all your stakeholders on the ground in Puerto Rico, and what their unstated expectations are... I would want someone who was fluent in Spanish, had lived in Puerto Rico, and who was a PMP.

Erin, can you provide the State in which the pre-work would need to be accomplished?

I am not certain as yet since there are a couple of different locations they are having a toss-up over which is considered the most emergent for the first two systems to go in. What I do know is it the Navy is in the same area using his some sort of cold fusion provide basic limited power and it's not cutting it centers location that may tell you more than me I will know for sure sometime between Friday and early next week when the signed contract is return back to me with instructions for the first two spots. Another to generators will be shortly to follow that within a period of what did you eat for the order so figure the next install be about 3 weeks behind that for another two systems and overall it sounds like there's going to be a little over a dozen systems are more going in out there

And I do know that it is proposed that at least one of the second set of two systems is going to be installed on Viesquez Island. The gentleman who is my main contact Point his name is Greg Boyd and I've actually been in contact with him for quite some time now he originally contact me with regard to a new archaeological discovery on Fiesta Island and being able to get some things in order there which no I took me a lot of time but I ended up on the phone with the Department of the interior and the department of the insular in order to get the information I needed before I can get any information he need it LOL
