I must agree with that description.
I know those who voted for him have to pretend they still support him. If not they would have to admit they were foolish, or at least mistaken. Must be hard to pretend to continue to support such a person.

Many in this country a vote for Trump was not so much a vote for Trump but a vote for Hillary. The left attacked freedom of speech so hard coming up to the election and thus why Trump shocked the world. People were afraid then and are now of being accused of being bigots, racists, homophobes, etc they still refrain from using freedoms of speech. Per Hillary and so many more, I am a deplorable person. If Hillary had won, your ability to openly speak your feelings would have continued to wither away at incredible speed.
