I am not entirely certain these two entertainers have been in the same room together - much less within touching distance within even the most liberal interpretation of sexual harassment. Warmest Regards, Sandy

1LT Sandy Annala - The operational issue in your mind is men vs women. Either that's clouding your perception, or you are deliberately missing/avoiding the point of the article.

SSgt Christopher Brose - I understand the issue. I feel pretending men get the same treatment in any adjudication over this issue is just plain unrealistic. I have been on site for too many grievances, litigations, and prosecutions to belueve men are ever as a practical matter treated equal to women with respect to his these allegations are handled, This will not be reviewed as a conservative vs liberal entertainer issue, You can live in fantasy land if you like. I have no desire to persuade you about this matter. Warmest Regards, Sandy :)

United States EEOC states that Sexual Harrassment can be purely verbal. So I am confused as to what your saying in regards to the "most liberal interpretation of sexual harrassment". It is right there defined on the US EEOC website what sexual harrassment is and close proximity to the individual does not necessarily have to take place.

SPC Erich Guenther - EEOC is one thing. Apart from being stalked from afar - it is hard to make a legal case one feels threatened by an entertainer's stunt "complaint" - this is a bogus made up conservative political commentator's red herring "complaint" - based on no threat at all - that neither compromises his economic position or physical security - hard case to make. This is nothing like quid pro quo (do this or you don't get retained, a raise, a bonus, or a promotion - or you may even get demoted or fired) or hostile workplace (pervasive objectification or worse) harassment. Bottom line - EEOC is about an employer's responsibility solely and exclusively in an employment context - and is a complaint against one's employee - so, unless Oprah is this little troll's employer - this is a nonstarter for an EEOC complaint. Warmest Regards, Sandy :)
