Isn't this the same court from which a justice was forced to resign for sexual misconduct? It appears that they may have to clear out the remaining justices for failure to recognize the decisions of the Supreme Court.

Capt Prickett. Sir, you seem to be a bit of a hypocrite on your accusation of a President all the while being a defense attorney. You make accusations on Moore and Trump yet will defend known criminals who have been formally charged. Excuse me, but is it still innocent until proven guilty in your law office? Hmmm!

Not sure how he exceeded his authority. I do think the law allows for the ban. See below:
"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."
So in the immortal words of Gene Hackman "what the fuck is the problem." My guess the justices were lawyers first..
