Appeals court: Trump exceeded authority with travel ban

Capt Prickett. Sir, you seem to be a bit of a hypocrite on your accusation of a President all the while being a defense attorney. You make accusations on Moore and Trump yet will defend known criminals who have been formally charged. Excuse me, but is it still innocent until proven guilty in your law office? Hmmm!

Isn't this the same President who is facing sexual misconduct allegations from fifteen women, and who supported an alleged child molester who was rejected by the voters of Alabama?

Any lawyer would recognize this as a brilliant move by the Ninth Circuit. As of yet, the Supreme Court has not set oral argument and has in fact dismissed part of the case, because it became a moot issue. By making such a ruling, and then staying the order, the Ninth Circuit is forcing the Supreme Court to actually hear the case on the merits. If SCOTUS doesn't hear it, then the Ninth's ruling will take effect.
