Does it really matter? Who will take action? One set of rules for enlisted sailors, another for politicians.

I think the SUSPECT Comey admitted to this. Does anyone have a rookie counterintelligence agent that is not needed on Police Call? He/She could do this investigation...and probably still do police call!!!!

Yes, Comey admitted in open testimony he took notes of the meetings with the president then typed them up on an FBI computer, then gave those privileged notes to a professor friend to leak to the media on his behalf. The current FBI Director said those would be FBI property. Oops, Comey, not as clever as he thought.
