Police embarrass man accused of stealing disabled veteran's handicap plates

Not that I'm prejudiced but the first thing I noticed was his neck tat which identified him in my mind as 'trash' not above stealing disabled plates or any number of other things equally as low. The perp could care less if he was identified or known to anyone. He is what he is and there are a lot like him.

I'm guessing he just wanted the sweet parking spots. So, I propose that someone allows him to honestly do it. Make him handicapped and he will have those "sweet parking spots".

Is anything sacred?
