What a muck up.
I got one of the letters, and then I got another letter saying the first letter was wrong/incorrect.

Contracting officers need to pull their head out of where the sun doesn't shine. And actually read and enforce the contracts that they negotiate.

Doesn't sound like a good thing happening.
