I agree withthe policy. That is why I retired when I did. 1.) My body was beat to hell and back and more deployments would just exponentially exapnd that pai for the rest of my life and 2.) If I couldn't wear the uniform and go downrange i wasn't able to do the job I was brought on to do and that is to fight the nations wars...if I couldn't go that meant someone else had to go in my place and that wasn't right. I will say this, I hope they don't chunk the baby out with the bathwater on this. What I mean is if there are wounded warriors who still provide a valuable service and are within 5 or so years of retirement i hope they don't jsut throw them out on the street with nothing. They have given their time and due diligence.
