Can't hurt. Wayyyy back when I was in elementary school we had a 30 minute Gym period and we had an hour for lunch. The faster you ate lunch the more time you had out on the yard. The teachers also worked in a 15 minute time period for classroom game time. That was every school day. I don't think we had any kids on Ritalin because they were too hyper and inattentive.
