I have a hard time believing that we got this divided without outside help, solicited or otherwise. If China leans to Leftists ideals, and Russia to the Right, it starts to make sense. Iran still hates us, even more since we killed their General. The virus is questionable, but we were quite divided long before then. Starting a global pandemic speaks to fanaticism, considering the potential outcome i.e. suicide bombers etc. It it was all by design, it worked. We need about 6 weeks without media, but that's not feasible or recommended. A "Sanity Stand Down" of sorts. It would likely instill fear and lead to violence. People will fight for their addictive social media.

The Left has always wanted to tear down America. I do not understand where that comes from, nor their slavish devotion to anything from the imperialist British (just listen to all the fake Brit accents on PBS) and their adoration of the mega-murdering European socialists of the Soviet Union and Germany.
