Sailor Discharged After Navy Determined he Vandalized his Own Rack

I read several different stories on this. Seems this guys story changed a few times, the photos were time date stamped but they kept getting worse as if the mess and vandalism increased as time went on. It is also interesting as he is the only person on a ship with 6000 people on it to claim / report this kind of issue.

This guy was a dirt bag trying to push an agenda or get out of some trouble by setting up a "the command is racist" defense. This is no different than the idiots at the colleges who were making fake twitter accounts and posting racist crap and bomb scares.

Not having access to the investigator's report, nor access to the witnesses, I have to support the Navy's action in this matter. I find the accusations of the crew member, if true to be disturbing to say the least, but I also have to believe the independent investigator (NCIS?) that has no connection to this case would not want to jeopardize his career with a false report on this crime.
