Based on the recommendation of the President Moon Jae-in, the precedents of Theo. Roosevelt and the Russo–Japanese War, and Jimmy Carter for the Camp David Accords he has more standing as a laureate than two others I can think of. That said, unlikely to happen because of the politics of it all versus the actual need to "earn" one.
