This is very sad but true, However as leaders we need to ask ourselves are we doing our job to educate and promote seeking help? We have come along ways with changing the mind set of being weak to ask for help. But are we still brushing it too the side and just faking the funk when it comes to training? We as leaders need to remember to take the HARD LEFT instead of the EASY RIGHT and train and educate our Soldiers.
