The question I would ask is why would he do that? And the 'lying during an investigation,' is that because they can seperately prove that he deceived cops to get out of the line if suspects, or is that just for denying the allegations? This article raises more questions than it answers, and I'm sure we'll never really know why and what happened behind the scenes.
