Say what you will about his wedding today, but he was a serving British Army Officer who served in combat. I know there are some US politicians children who have served, but not many. I wonder about the sense of duty that’s lacking in the US today.

MSgt Neil Greenfield I have noticed that Veterans are not getting the respect that they deserve anymore. Some of the younger generation don't have respect for themselves, let alone anyone else.

I read a survey that indicated the nation considers the military as an institution with the highest esteem. However a good majority believes our sacrifices is part of the job, not necessarily for the country.
