I honelstly beleive in my heart of hearts, that the VA will never get fixed. We were traveling this weekend and we past a VA medical center...my daughter siad what a prteey facility and I told her looks are deceiveng and that basically if she ever put me in a VA hospital I would wear her out..jokingly of course. She said is it that bad and I said, yes...that is why I have insurance so I don't have to deal with them. I hope it gets fixed but I don't foresee it happening anytime soon. Too much water under the bridge with past practices that have become the standard. IMHO.

I can't disagree, Sir. My suggestion is to get a vet in there; Pete Hegseth would be a good start. Second, re-train the lot of them. The Disney Business model would work, from customer service, to philosophy, to bean counting to ques. Oversight and customer feedback in real time. Hooah!
