1stSgt Nelson Kerr - Why would they give him a security clearance if it was believed that he was guilty of something and was going to be charged? The FBI did not have to clear him under those conditions.

MSG (Join to see) - Because hge finaly finished his paperwork and he the person ultimately in charge of giving him his clearance want his son in law to have one.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - Wrong on many accounts. He finished his paperwork well before the news articles reported back in February that Kushner's and other WH staff with unfinished clearances would have their temporary clearances suspended.
Prior to that, Trump took himself out of the decision making process (If Trump was the one making the decisions, why would Kushner have lost it in the first place?).
You must be aware that just because paperwork has been submitted in it's entirety does not guarantee that someone will receive a clearance. In this case, there were a number of conspiracy theories that the media and DEMs had concocted about Kushner. Kushner gave 2 interviews with Mueller, the last one was in April. He received the clearance afterwards. The simplest explanation is Mueller gave the green light for the clearance.

Cool. I'm glad to hear it. I was a bit disappointed in the Donald at first when I heard about it.
I thought if his judgement about allowing his son in law the level of security access he had was poor that it might signal other potential lapses.
Outstanding news.
