Great if they can come out with a helmet that's both light weight and protects.

Well it ain’t going to matter what kind of helmet they come up with until they figure out how to get rid of the coo-counter coo (that’s the sloshing of the brain inside the skull). When they got that done we’ll make some progress, unless of course we can get a treaty with all combatants that they won’t use things that go bang or boom that shakes the head.

True, but apparently there have been some inroads to reducing this further. Most troops who suffer TBI do so from concussive waves from explosions rather than direct head trauma. Once this can be countered we may have true progress towards eliminating this most debilitating hazard in the profession of arms.
