Woojae “Steve" Jung used non-public information about deals involving a dozen customers, according to records unsealed Thursday in Manhattan federal court. In total, Jung is accused of making $140,000 in illegal profits by trading through an alias brokerage account tied to a friend in South Korea.

Illegally obtained money can never be "really good money". He got greedy. If a majority did it, the effects on the overall market could be devastating. It would be to Wall St as "backed by the full faith and credit of the US government" is to Main street (banking). He'll get a fine, while we have 3rd strike MJ possession folks in the big house costing us $60,000/yr. or more. He sold out cheap though. Folks like Maddow made off with billions through graft and deception.
