Restaurants Boycotting New York Military Base After Arrest of Illegal Alien Pizza Deliveryman

The communities around bases need the base more than the base needs the community.

In any case it is a sad day when criminals are chosen over soldiers.

I don't have that much sympathy.

If there's one thing I've learned about the area surrounding a military base is that a lot of them would be fiscally screwed without the business the base generates. So let them boycott the base. If I were the base commander I'd see about the possibility of getting a veteran owned restaurant opened on base. Start out simple, and expand to other foods as the business grew. Hire all military, and dependents as well.
