This would be a very good move but-----I cannot trust that little rocket man nor his buddy China.

Verification is hard since niether the south or North is going to let the other-side look around on the ground. When a tunnel under the DMZ is found the destroy it quickly, The tech for finding them has made them harder to dig without being found.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - Or they become a tourist trap. Three of the four public knowledge tunnels are now tourist places. I have been on both official tours and tourist tours. It is worth the time.
