BREAKING: DoD to bar GI Bill transfer for long-serving troops

Retired in 2009. Was not eligible to transfer. My daughter is in college now, would have been extremely helpful. Oh well, I hope the folks that qualify will use this benefit while it lasts.

Glad I already transferred my benefits to my daughter.
